Therefore communication with the customer – in all its many forms – needs to be planned and managed.

In order to plan you digital marketing you need to answer these two key questions:

    1. What are you organisations current goals?
    2. Who is your ideal customer?

The more detail your can give in your answers the better and stronger your foundation. If you cannot answer these questions do not start any digital marketing until you can!
